Each of our pieces is individually handmade and hand-painted, making every item a one-of-a-kind original. Slight variations in color, shape, size, and finish, as well as small imperfections, are a natural part of the handcrafted process and add to the unique character of each piece.

Because these variations are expected in handmade products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on these differences. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a defect that affects its usability, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
